Change your skill set from speedy sparkplug to slugging sparkplug. You can see your program from there. No progress will be lost. I had the same problem myself.

I changed my skill set from speedy sparkplug to slugging sparkplug and solved the problem. No progression was lost.

In The Show 23, after completing the bronze speedy spark plug program. I went to “See Tasks and Rewards” to view the silver program and I got a message that said “Program not found.”
