Since today my friend has not been able to access diamond dynasty (xbox one). When attempting to enter diamond dynasty an error message pops up: " Network error An unhandled server exception occured" Every other mode in the game is working. For example, he can browse his inventory and he is able to play home run derby online. He has had the game since release and could access diamond dynasty until today. He is also unable to view his squad while logged in to his the show account. No issues with other online games. He has tried rebooting the game and rebooting the connection but the issue remains. I can access diamond dynasty on ps4 with the same internet connection.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
