I agree. At one point the show was making strides in its presentation. All of the sudden, it started going downhill.

@Dolenz
Yea, same here. I know there’s limitations but I hope the show shows more love for those who do not play online modes.
Thanks everyone for assuring me I’m out of luck .
I was hoping there was a way.
@Dolenz
Ok I take it I’m out of luck with a refund and clearly was not prepared to make a purchase. Since you prepared before purchasing, do you feel the price is justified for what the game gives you?
I purchased MLB Deluxe and I am unhappy. The series has a complete lack of innovation.
This lack of innovation, especially in the Presentation and franchise mode has lead to a complete disappointing experience that does not justify the price tag.
I have no idea why we are given the choice of presentation offensive and defensive camera yet the “no doubt hr” animation still reverts to third person unlike previous versions prior to 22. This inconsistency removes the immersive experience the show promises about a “sim” game.
I would like a refund. I feel like it is unfair for us to pay $85 for a game that does not show improvements or enhancements from its predecessor.
PlayStation for sure will not refund me this game due to its policy.
I know there are multiple issues with The Show offline modes but an option for selecting a presentation style no doubt hr cameras vs the unrealistic third person cameras could be added to this list. It kills immersion to the game. I know some people love the cameras so that is why I ask for an option like on HR derby mode.
I’ve never played diamond dynasty or and online modes so I don’t really care for cards. Seems like they have forgotten their offline community. We slowly witnessed presentation taking a downfall over the years.
Yes, please go back. No doubt hr 3rd person camera is killing the “sim” feel that the show always preaches about.
Any way to turn off the no doubt hr camera to get those broadcast style home runs?
