No. I have early access and none of the '22 stadiums are there. In the "vault", everything I uploaded into '23 is there (but none of '22).
Major improvement, in my opinion, but '22 stadiums are gone for good it seems.

I’m just wondering what they’ll do with the classic uniforms.
Me, too.
It seems inevitable that they are going to remove all "Indian" stuff, as Chief Wahoo has been gone now for a few years.
Will they have only uni's that show no words or Cleveland on the front? They won't have many classics if at all.
Sadly, I think it will be exactly what happens. I'm going to edit the Indians right back in!
Same for me. I am the Eagles but was called Guardians.

I could, and he is right on the ChiSox uniform.
Why a pro baseball jersey would say "Southside" though, is just another symptom of what we have today. I cannot even watch NBA now after they have destroyed the uniforms in it. Has a baseball jersey ever had anything but the team name or the location or a symbol like NY? I thought these Chicago unis looked great as a stand-alone, but nearly puked when I saw them in an MLB game.
It's not for us. It's for the youth. And seems like the kids dig them.
True, true!!!
It really is rather silly.

I don't often (aka, never) play on-line games. I figured I'd give it a shot to help out. Chose "Battle Royale", played the game up to 3rd inning. I am winning 1-0, and had a SS playing LF as a pinch-runner, so I was trying to change that and put in my closer.
It then said, "You forfeit the game." It told me I lost even though I gave up 1 hit and no runs.
Is there a reason for this (that I am unaware of)?
Pause timer ran out
Thank you for explaining that...I literally had no idea that feature existed.

You get a forfeit simply for a timer running out with no warning? Wow, I am so glad I never use that <censored>!
I am trying to change a SS from playing RF and bring in my closer, and I am given a forfeit not even knowing that would happen.
I wish someone would make a "non" on-line baseball game that has the quality this game has, and where they continue to enrich the game instead of this yearly pandering to a community who mostly want to cheat, complain and spend real money for on-line loot boxes. Doing this while literally ignoring so much of what is said by members and reviewers is a sad way to do business.
The reviews the past few years have basically said, "Yup, great game. If you like to play it as a game and run a Franchise, you got nothing new and it is now stale. On-line stuff is good and gets better, but if you want to play your own baseball season, it is kind of a waste of money because they won't improve the Single-player game".
It was not just one review that I saw that in, either. I really thought if reviewers were flat out putting in their reviews that the game is stale, they would have decided in one of the years since 2014 to improve the game for people who DO NOT play on-line. They basically haven't.
I wish...

Did anyone else almost pass out reading this or was it just me?
So I assume you haven't read ''War and Peace''.
Wow?!?
What does reading Tolstoy have to do with one gigantic run on sentence?
same thing as tl:dr ...today's society, for the most part, does not want to read. You never said anything about a run-on sentence, it seemed as though the size was what bothered you. 3 lines, and someone complains. Naturally, I assumed that meant tl:dr, because that is what society and phone junkies are like now.
I tried every possible combination. I have used 'no feedback' guess pitch mostly since I've played from '08 or '09.
I complained about this (and filled in multiple bug reports) all year, and it never changed. It is still like that.
I am not sure I will buy a game that explicitly ignores a basic game feature working wrong, but can add ANOTHER on-line feature like 2v2 or 3v3. I don't care if they add that kind of thing, except why is "No Feedback" giving you feedback on pitch type AND location.
C'mon, SD Studios, this is hard to believe!

You must have been the hall monitor in school. smh
No, but I once spent $Hundreds of Dollars to see a tournament in another part of the world, and some idiot destroyed it all because I logged on to Operation Sports>MLB the SHOW, and the idiot posted the results.
It was soccer, and he posted it on general discussion in MLB the SHOW. Hundreds of dollars on a teacher's salary 100% wasted because of that 20 years ago!
Maybe think of others sometimes? Did your post just ruin the superbowl for someone who taped it and then saw your message in a BASEBALL forum? Life would be so much better if people just considered others (even occasionally), but usually do not AT ALL!

At least it's in general Discussion and not posted under DD, should it technically be in off topic? Sure, but why can't you just leave it be and move on.
Congrats to the Ram's, well deserved.
...Because I just woke up and the first thing I see while desperate for information on my favorite game is something about football.
I have the same question, why can't you just let it be. You saw a post and felt negative, so you posted. Same thing I did. It is okay for you but not others. C'mon...
@dap1234567890 said in General question for everyone who plays this game:
I have been playing this game and on this forum (and the previous one) for many years. I have seen SDS respond to some suggestions that have been placed in this forum. I believe there are four main reasons why there are so many "unanswered" suggestions on this forum.
- There are just way too many suggestions on here to answer them all!
- Some suggestions are viewed as being not a high enough priority for them to respond to the suggestion.
- There are some suggestions that are not feasible either through coding or due to time constraints.
- The way some people communicate their "suggestions" on here is done in a manner that does not deserve the time and effort to respond to those "suggestions" and are better off just being ignored.
You are right on those points, but the Opening Post is very correct ever since they introduced Diamond Dynasty. The only new mode is Road to the World Series (or whatever it is called), and that came in at the expense of one I used...seasons mode.
Not time or thought (or very minimal) ever goes towards the Franchise mode.
Best baseball game ever, but there is no doubt it is focused toward the on-line players, who then whine, cheat and complain about servers.
I want:
*Customizable leagues (16 teams playing 154 games...if I want...whatever anyone wants as in a league tailored for you)
*Customizable schedules
*The one thing no baseball game has ever had: realistic walks. The AI does not even try to get them (at any point). I get them and lead the league in walks, but they often swing so freely that late innings have 3-6 pitch innings because they walk up and swing for the fences, even when down five runs in the eighth...it is the only thing this game flat-out gets wrong!
*One extra Uniform Top for any made team (1 home, 1 road, and a third...can be only top, as that can be made to match bottom home/road)
*Any type of situation in which the CPU takes walks (both tries to do it, and makes my team's season total more than 173 while the rest of the league is 400+ at minimum, and usually up to 600 or so)
*Season Mode (40-man rosters only...not so detailed as to roster)
*World Baseball Classic
*Default sliders do not produce mass "HR:Run Scored" ratio; my team can hit HR's
*Adjustable manager sliders (such at LaRussa baseball back in the early 90's, or several other games that have had them previously)
*Did I mention walks?
I am not saying all of this, it would just be nice if one was added. Perhaps 1 a year. Instead, the only thing added during the PS4 stint was the condensed season thing that knocked "Seasons" off the game.
Very clearly, this game puts limited effort to improve franchise. It has now became a year-after-year thing, and is crushing when you see them putting other stuff in modes you wish were not in the game.

No, you should not!
Greg Maddux (7-year span that matched or beat any other P in the history of the game...by a lot)
Walter Johnson
Jacob DeGrom
Tom Seaver
Christy Mathewson
(Honorable Mention: Cy Young...who else? Ok, Nolan Ryan, but that is IT!)
No, because I am adamantly against on-line games (for your reasons and a myriad of others).
I'll say it again; I wish they made 2 games. 1 for offline play, and 1 for DD. I don't have anything against the online community wanting to play, I just wish it didn't have to infect my favorite ball game of all time.
