I’ve been getting “challenge failed: the game server closed your game session.” Followed by “Error: the game server closed your game session.”
I’m experiencing the exact same thing, have reached out to them multiple times, nothing. I am at an absolute loss
How many people is this still affecting? I’ve reached out to the show support and have gotten the same 3 “fixes” for them that do absolutely nothing. I’ve confirmed from my ISP that they’re not the problem multiple times as well. I cannot get a Ranked Seasons or Battle Royale game to start or get past Match making. It’s utterly baffling.
I get the same two errors every time “Challenge Failed: the game server closed your game session.” And “Error: the game server closed your game session.”
Every other aspect of the game works, including them taking my money for stubs. I have done everything from uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, to resetting ny internet, my PlayStation, everything. And the support teams suggestions have only been, “make computer generated best lineup and try .”
I’m begging anyone for any help they could provide, I’m losing my mind over this and I just want to be able to enjoy the game like everyone else!!
Did you ever get this resolved? I’m still experiencing the same problems. I cannot get a game of ranked seasons or anything where I have to play against a person to work. It is mind boggling to me.

This is not a technical issue. It happens when the person you get linked up with backs out of the upcoming game. usually its done bc your not the home team
I don’t even get to the lineup selection page like no chance that’s the case man.
50 times in a row? Don’t think so man. I mean you can say whatever you think but if you’re telling me for 60 days I haven’t gotten a game bc of that then ok.

So today there was a hotfix towards “matchmaking” i was hopeful to think it would fix my problem. If you haven’t seen recent posts by me, i have not been able to play one online game since release i receive a challenge failed error and then it boots me, i’ve tried multiple times during the day everyday for sometimes a half hour at a time just requeing everytime it fails. Never got in even once, so today the hotfix comes out and i finally think okay i should be able to play online. Load it up ..... nothing ..... still the same error, i’ve reinstalled the game multiple times, even went out and bought a new external HD since my HD is alittle messed up and slow, i’ve opened ports, use googles open DNS, i’ve done everything they have suggested. It’s not my internet because my brother and law and son both have their playstations at my house and both of them have no problem connecting to a game. Can we get this pinned and help get this problem fixed, it only is affecting a handful of people but it’s a huge deal. I don’t know what to do.
Are you still experiencing this? I am and I have done everything they have said, like you and nothing has worked. I’ve gotten 7 ranked season games since the game came out, so I know it works, but I get the same two error messages EVERYTIME and I feel crazy. The show support offers no help, I’ve entered the problem as a bug as well to no avail. They’ll gladly take my money for stubs but not fix this, it’s unreal.

Did both of them. Yeah I day trade so I have all ports Open and a very fast wired connection. The show support answers me once every 24 hours it’s like pulling teeth
Match making causes two error messages to pop up every time. I’ve gotten 6 games in ranked seasons in 3 weeks. Idk if it’s a rating issue, a game issue, or what. I spoke to my ISP and it’s not them. I can play any other game online, stream, etc. even can play online h2h not in diamond dynasty. It’s utterly baffling. Anyone got a clue what the problem could be?
