Well I feel dumb I didn't know that but that's it. Thanks for the help y'all!

I play on PS4 and this year and last years game never lets me draft in the rule 5. I have everything set on manual. I sim the lotto. This time I was the A's. Got number pick. Just like last year when I go to the draft my pick is gone. Anyone else experience this or know what's goin on?
