This just happened to me today - I finished an ALDS game - neighborhood lost power - logged back in and acted like I was a first time log in, finished the ALDS and got that message. I'm so beyond pissed - I hadn't quit out at all through the M2O - lost power after I win a game and then this... C'mon man - I spent all day on it too.
