Hoping someone can provide an answer. So, I went to finish my collections, and for the cover collection I have 2 Griffey’s and a Judge, no Harper. He isn’t available and already way passed the XP rewards. I get why I might be SOL, but this is also kind of flawed, considering the cover cards were never a collection.
