No support gave me zero help

Last year I was exclusively an XBOX user and planed to use that as my primary console again this year. I picked up a Switch copy figuring that I could link them and have the option to play on that on occasion as well. Long story short, something is screwed up and I've spent a lot of time emailing support just to get the same canned answers back every time. My XBOX account shows its connected to a PSN account, but not a TheShow.com account. In game, the xbox account gives me the option to link. When I paste the code into my show.com account, I get an error stating Platform Exclusivity. I can't create a new account to try and link it to. I can't "break" whatever link supposedly exists and I can't just add the Switch to the existing account. Am I out of luck and moving on for good at this point?

I’m having issues with platform exclusivity as well. No issues linking the switch, but my Xbox account refuses to link and gives me an error. Randomly shows that it’s connected to PlayStation from 2020 as well?

I’m getting the same platform exclusivity issue ever and have had no success trying to link my Xbox. Switch no issues but Xbox account shows it’s linked to a PlayStation account. Any help ? There is nowhere that shows to unlink anything. lol @Victor_SDS_PSN ? @Collin_SDS_PSN
