I finally beat this on the 4th try, walk off HR. As I'm loading back in - server error. Didn't count the win, when I tried to resume it said I didn't finish the game so it counted as a loss.

Can someone from San Diego Studios please help? I won the 1st inning showdown last night and upon ending it I received the unhandled server exception error. When I logged back into and tried finalizing the showdown it said I did not receive credit and it counts as a loss. This is unacceptable to me because it not only costs stubs to enter but I am not that great of a player and this was about the 5th or 6th attempt to finish this. I won and because your server and connectivity issues I was punished. How do we go about getting resolution for this issue? Or at this point a refund for this game that has had constant server issues since launch.
