I only struggle on hall of fame and batting practice doesn't help even on legend

I have a Xbox series s
Should I be using free sync or 1 Ms motion blur reduction

Or maybe disable them both?
I've looked everywhere and even asked on several YouTube videos

I just want this answered I'm really struggling in this game
