@SteveInSEA13_XBL I agree with you 100%. They are imitating the NBA 2k pay-to-play model, where you make one "My Player" and then purchase attribute points so you can play an offline career mode or play online. It's a terrible concept. It completely takes the fun out of creating multiple "save files" as the other commenters noted. We shouldn't be locked into one appearance. What if I want my 2-way player to be Japanese, my 1B to be Dominican, my SS to be white? Nope. Can't do it. Terrible game model and shows the lack of effort of the development team.

@Ziaria13_PSN I 100% agree with you, this new concept of locking your "My Player" or "My Ballplayer" such as in NBA 2k is absolutely awful. It just imitates the pay-to-play model of buying attribute points account wide, rather than earning points for each individual career player, that's why they do it.

@MaGicBush86_PSN sure that's a great way to get around it, but we shouldn't be forced to make multiple accounts to have different career modes. Why can't we have a Japanese 2 way player and a Dominican power hitting 1B? It takes the fun out of having multiple career modes. Why would I want to play as John Doe at every position when he's the same exact player. Can't even change the hair style between my SP and my SS. Literally the exact same person, no fun.
