Countless posts, threads, tweets, support tickets from people like myself who are such big fans of The Show. It's not so much that the servers make the key features of the game unplayable, we've been through that before and ride out the wave with you.
There is a huge problem, however, with you promising pre-order bonuses and early access only to zero out our accounts and make what we've paid for inaccessible. We paid the $80, $100 or whatever it is play this game. Not only is the game unplayable, but we don't have what we paid for.

You can't reply and say, "We're sorry, we're working on it" before you see the same post a hundred times? Your social media channels just keep pumping the game as if nothing is wrong, and your customer service via support tickets is awful. Let's face it, you don't know what's wrong, how you're going to fix it or what you should do. You figure by not saying anything, people like myself will just go away.
Guess what, you're right! You have my $100 and hours of time, but you've killed my enthusiasm for your game and I know I'm just a spec of sand in the total sales, but I won't be coming back.
I hope you find a way to fix people's accounts and make things right. I don't even care about mine anymore, I'm done. Good customer service goes a long way, and this was about as bad as you can get.

My progress is carrying over from PSN to XBOX as well but only after everything has been wiped out. I have 3 stubs and a fricken 63 rated pitcher in my collection.
FIX THIS ALREADY SDS! Or tell us it can't be fixed and refund our money!!

SDS has shown a complete lack of courtesy for it's customers. They've gone radio silent and won't provide timely updates. The support tickets are useless because they all send back the same templated response that doesn't help.
SDS, GIVE US BACK WHAT WE PAID FOR OR REFUND US!!!!!!!

I didn't. I think for some reason only my PS4 is tied into my The Show online account and that's why everything is showing up. You are prompted with "local file or server file" in game when you start the PS4 so I would just choose local and if that doesn't work, close the game, delete the game data from system settings and try again but select sever file next time.
Honestly, there's no rhyme or reason to any of this. It's a complete clusterphuk.

Does "coming soon" mean today? It's been a week. Does it mean next week? Can you be a little more specific so we're not spending our time checking our accounts? Also, is there any consideration to providing the option for a refund for those of us who were completely screwed by paying $100 for pre-order "incentives" that obviously haven't materialized.
I've been on SDS's side through all the previous [censored] launches, told people to relax, but the lack of communication and blatant ignoring of our posts without so much of a "sorry guys" is really fueling the anger you're seeing around here. We're talking $100 for a product that doesn't work and didn't deliver.

A refund would be a nice gesture, cool some of the resentment we all have towards SDS right now and wouldn't even make a dent to their bottom line. I think a lot of us would end up repurchasing once we saw the game was actually playable as advertised.
If we had this experience with just about any other product you can think of, there would be a path for a refund. Make it happen SDS!

The FAQ Says:
IF YOU CHOOSE MLBWEB, YOUR PROGRESS WILL START AT ZERO, EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PLATFORM WITH PROGRESS.- This is because your MLBWEB account is new and has no progress. If you’d like to keep progress that is already made on a specific platform (PS or Xbox), please choose said platform.
Except -- my MLBWEB account isn't new, and HAS progress. Which makes me think if I choose that, it could possibly restore my data. But I don't want to take that chance.
Do it! Do it! Do it!!!! Yeah, I've been scared to hit that button too. I feel like the end is near (in a good way), so hopefully it'll be fixed.

Mine doesn't show up on theshownation if I'm logged in with my PSN or XBOX account. It only shows when I'm logged in with my The Show account...if that makes sense.

Major bugs, server issues, and RTTS just feels like it was an after thought. After playing for a few days I requested a refund from M$ and it got approved. Hopefully the game actually gets finished one day. Wish you all the best.
You're lucky, PSN won't give us a refund and I've tried three different times. SDS should offer a refund at this point. It's the right thing to do, but of course they won't.

I've come to the conclusion they are all just reverse trolling us. Reading these threads laughing and seeing how miserable we can get. They know they got our money, what's the incentive to help. Sucks!

Okay, so now I'm piecing this together. I see that when I'm just logged into my "The Show" account online, it shows all my stuff online - it's all there. Then, when I log in with my PSN or XBOX account it shows everything wiped out. So...I just need those to unlink and tie it all in with my The Show account.
I feel like I came to this solution before though, lol!

I may have discovered a workaround that just let me get back in with my team and all the lost content. The issue here seems to be that it's moving our content off our console accounts and onto the MLBTS account without linking them, and then locking us out of trying to link them with these errors we're getting.
So what I did was try to see if I could make a new PSN account and link my MLBTS account, which has all of my content on it, with that new PSN account, and it worked. It won't link my MLBTS account with my old PSN account, but when I did it with the new one I made it restored everything I lost. I did then try to unlink it and relink it to my old PSN account, but that did not work with the same Platform Exclusivity error it gave me before. So this is a temporary thing until SDS gets this fixed, but hopefully this will work for some other folks as well and at least get us playing in the mean time. Hope this helps some people!
WARNING: I tried this, created a new PSN account and was able to link my MLBTS account to it. I previously was able to see my Stubs/Inventory/Progress from the early access on the website. Now it shows ZERO stubs. Even when I unlink, it did not revert to the previous state. Proceed with caution.
Thanks for taking another bullet for us. I'm not sure how much more damage we can take on though.

I completely agree, the PS4 and PS5 should be synced up automatically. It's the same system, same controller, same psn account. There should be a simple way to do that for now and worry about the xbox stuff later.
I only got it for Xbox this year lol. So I need an Xbox solution! Lol. I bought a series X specifically for the show. Well also because I want to play Halo this year too.
I hear ya. I just decided to check it out on my xbox series x just because it was part of gamepass and I wanted to see if it looked the same between the 2 new systems. That was dumb.
I was so close to just waiting the extra four days and playing on GamePass. Of course I caved the last minute on Friday, spent the $100 and now dealing with this [censored]. Wish I would have waited.
