@xxfrystealerxx I sent it last night at 1205 pm. The response was 12 hours later and still giving the same try this fix that I had already explained did not work for me. So not really good customer service at all. Still providing the vague ASAP.

Roster vault is broken right now across all platforms. No matter what roster you download, when you go to open it nothing happens it remains the roster you had open before you attempted to load a roster downloaded from the vault.

Roster Vaults are broken across all platforms. On PS4 you can download, but when you attempt to open the downloaded roster it opens what ever roster you had open before (usually Default)
