They shouldn’t necessarily need to pay the players, since they don’t pay much irl, they could just make low budget players with any level below AA just like high school and college in rtts

This would also work with exhibition games, it would be really cool to see a major league play their Single-A affiliate

 Adding High-A and Single-A teams would make a more in-depth experience in the farm system for major league teams. For example the High-A Everett AquaSox and the Hudson Valley Renegades. Along with the Lynchburg Hillcats and the San Jose Giants. This would positively impact the mode by increasing realism, improving player development, and extending career immersion. This would provide a natural stepping stone rather than rushing prospects through the ranks.
