they clearly lack customer support. this is why doing everything over an email system is a big time waste.

@Victor_SDS Lost all progression in the game. all cards are lost, all unlocks are lost, all sets are gone. I also cant reset my password. I reset it and it keeps hitting error when I log in to my MLB THE SHOW account so I CANT link it to my xbox to fix the issue. Why is there no public twitter post about this after hours of messing everyone accounts up and the lack of customer support is wild. this is so lame.
