Exchanges keep the prices of cards high which will encourage people to buy stubs. SDS would be shooting themselves in the foot by not including exchanges and thus devaluing the market.

My thinking is the the supply will be high tomorrow with so many investors offloading while the demand should stay high for the next 4-5 days. I am tempted to sell now and guarantee that I more than double my investments, but I don't think the market will be any lower over the next week than it is right now.
