How do you put in support tickets?

I picked 2 Bogaerts in Team affinity 1 and now I can’t get Jackie. What to do I do?

Finally got to a pause menu and got them to forfeit for pause time. Has this happens to anyone else? Genuinely frustrating that this exist.

I got into a game where someone made a FQ request that I denied and then they went AFK. I’m scared to get banned for boosting if I score any runs so I’m sitting here AFK now too. I don’t want to take the L because I’m on a 7 game wins streak.
