@dukemosk Not a gig but did end up being able to have a back and forth relationship with the person who worked on the rosters and gave some input throughout that gaming cycle. I was not really searching for a job but just to help the game I was already spending a lot of time on anyways. However I do still have some relationships from that time and I know they got to work within that company by doing the same thing just far more often and at a higher level than I was. So it is possible to do what you are trying to do through that method. Good luck to you if that is what you pursue !

I'll start off by saying that I realize these things do not matter to a large population of consumers and that the main priority is and will continue to be Diamond Dynasty, but I just want to post here to get it off my chest in hope others feel and hope for the same things going forward.
The Show's tagline used to always be about " the little things " and being detailed about the game of baseball and ever since they introduced licensed equipment many years back it has been anything but that. We still have a limited variety of shoes from major shoe brands, not to mention extremely lackluster shoe customization options for colors and parts of shoes that can be edited. With the MLB allowing more freedom to players for accessory / shoe colors, The Show should have long ago added a color wheel or spectrum instead of default colors for everything ( NBA 2K does this the best IMO ). The scans for shoes and other equipment are also sub-par compared to other major sports titles. In addition, most of the equipment images in the edit screen do not even match what is actually put on your player. For example, the elbow protector for both Nike & Jordan in the game are only 1 strap / smaller versions but the actual pictures show the full elbow protector like what Gleybar Torres wears. This option exists for the Evo Shield protectors but not other brands which is just odd.
I'll spare listing all the different things individually like compression sleeve designs being wrong and shoes that were in previous games that most of the MLB still wears amongst many other things but it's just disappointing as a hybrid offline franchise player and also a Diamond Dynasty player that these things are rarely updated and if they are, they do not match real life.
Does anyone know how I can get in contact with San Diego Studios?
