Yeah man, some TV’s can really lag if not in game mode, makes it almost unplayable …

Hello. Reason I ask is this: I've been playing the show since year one. I play all offline; usually on Hall of Fame mode. Currently playing MLB 21 on PS5.

When pitching and using the meter, I would usually get the perfect pitch or the meter would go right above or below the center accuracy meter. Now I can't even get close to it. I have to press for the pitch and press it again like real quick to prevent it from bottoming out.

Hitting same thing. I'm basically having to swing as soon as the ball leaves the pitchers hand and hope I make contact. Before I could track it and start to swing when the ball got halfway or just little above halfway to home plate.

All of this just started and I know my reflexes haven't diminished that bad and that quick. All my time ever playing the show I've never messed with the settings, just the set difficulty and get to playing.

I'm in the minority, so don't bash me. Anyone know why they decided to remove the option where you could control your season, from 20 games, 40-81, etc?

My personal preference is, I enjoy playing each inning and don't like the abbreviated portion where you can take control of the key moment in a game, nor do I play online.

One time in my life I played a full 162 game schedule. It was enjoyable, however life happens and probably like others, I don't have that kind of time to devote to it.
