My code also just now worked.

I contacted Microsoft support and they told me to contact SDS that it was their issue. I sent in a ticket, currently waiting a response.

I am also having the same issue. I am glad to see others are having the same issue I thought Best Buy just sent me a dead code, hopefully this is just a store issue.
