Tried putting my TV on "game mode" and it solved the problem. For whatever reason, my game mode makes my TV picture a lot darker than i like but hey...at least i am able to play the game again. Thank you all for the suggestions.

Likely related to an HDR setting. You will just have to dial it in.

What about with a monitor on xbox? i have major fram issues while hitting and also while using the meter for pitching. Has gotten a little better but still a major disadvantage.

is anyone else having major stutter/skipping and frame issues?

That's not entirely accurate. It was a few years ago, but my q80 with gamemode has less than 6ms of lag. It's negligible. Technology has improved alot and input lag is almost non-existent on a good big tv. Anything less than 16ms would hardly be noticeable. Granted thats on the newest tvs. Just 2-3 years ago I would have agreed with you since the best you could get was around 20ms.

Im using my asus gaming monitor that runs every single other game smooth but this one I have major fram issues while playing. The ball is skipping and stuttering when coming in while hitting and then the meter when pitching is so hard to time cause it is skipping as well. Not sure if this is a monitor issue or a game issue.

What console? I think The majority of the frame rate problems are based on the capabilities of PS4/Xbox One and not much can be done about it on SDS end. It definitely feels better on PS5 than PS4 ever did

I have the xbox one S. I play on an asus monitor. I dont get why some of my friends have no issues and I do. Makes it almost impossible to pitch in game.

Still a very bad issue that hasnt been touched on. Offline and online gameplay super choppy/laggy. Just want to know if this is an issue on my end or not.

Still really bad for me in offline mode. Would really love a dev to tell us if it was our issue with tv or monitor or an issue on them/servers.

So i have to change my tv setting? how come my friend with the same exact monitor doesnt have this issue?

No matter what game mode I play the game is choppy. When hitting, the ball is skipping the whole way in for me. The characters will go in and out of focus, etc..... Does anyone know if this is a monitor/tv issue or the game?

I am also having very bad input lag on the xbox one in offline gameplay. Have tried all different monitors, tvs, and still cant seem to figure it out. When the ball is pitched its stuttering when it comes in. And I use meter for pitching and its almost impossible to get the meter correct. Any help?
