Just did Granderson stats xbh twice in a row and did not receive the 20 stars

I have done 3 xbh with yankees two online games in a row. One the guy quit and the second one I hit walk of homer. I did not receive the stars either time. I did get the 10 stars for 10 hits with center fielders. Does anybody know what’s going on with that?
