MTO awarding double points was great and fair.
Beating MTO on All Star gave you full 120 points and it took around 10 hours total
That's like 7 Showdows that award 20 points
Fair trade off for people who suck or don't want to do Showdown.
Now you have to play MTO twice with the same team which is tedious and nobody is doing that.
Awful move by SDS but hey that's all they do this year.
At least we get Roberts and Victorino as bosses.

I think getting a Team Affinity Conquest Maps for AL and NL like the new Showdowns
that are repeatable for affinity points would be a great move.
You could get 3 points per stronghold and get 45 points for clearing the map.
Thoughts?
I think SDS should really give us at least one more mode where we can use our team against the CPU that's not Conquest.
I want 9 inning games offline RS or Season Mode in General

I just scored 0 runs against Hendricks in a mini boss battle while hitting 1 single and walking twice.
I had back to back walks to start and then just one single and 2 double plays.
It's not on Veteran because if it was I would have scored 4 runs.
I am better than CPU on All Star and around HOF level offline.
So don't tell me I can't hit on Veteran.Don't tell me I can't score on Veteran.
Sliders are juiced and that is shady.Fix or put it on All Star

How long do we have to play this cheating mode until you patch it and make it balanced?
I just lost to Degrom in NL East final Showdown scoring only 3 runs.I hit into 4 bases loaded double plays on pitching up in the zone.
I hit into more double plays in Showdown than I have in RS in the last 4 years.
But the WORST part of Showdown is a cheating pitching AI.
NOBODY I repeat NOBODY can paint corners on the dots over and over and over and over again all Showdown long.
This never happens in Conquest,Play VS CPU,RS,BR ect....
It ONLY happens in Showdown.It's not that it's difficult it's that is rigged against me.
I have beaten every Showdowns multiple times but I always feel like I am playing against an invisible force that rigged the game against me.I can't just be skilled at the game,I have to be lucky and pray the game let's me win sometimes.
Degrom wouldn't walk him today.I had twelve 3-2 counts and he threw a perfect change up or a silder on the dot to strike me out.Nobody can do that.
Fix this mode.Screw it remove it if you can't fix it.But I am being charged 1000 stubs to play a mode that is clearly rigged against the player.Mind you it's beatable but it's not only up to you.
SDS realised their mistake in making Stage 1 Showdowns brutally difficult by making Stage 2 Showdowns easier and better in every way.
Problem with that is that to do Stage 2 Showdowns you have to beat Stage 1 Showdowns which remain difficult as you can imagine.
I see two solutions.Either give us Stage 1 AL and NL Showdowns or let us use Stage 2 vouchers for Stage 1.
I just did Stage 1 Showdown for the first time in weeks and got retired 10 straight by Ohtani
like it's nothing.
MTO ofcourse is out of the question given how long it takes and no double points anymore.
Stage 1 Showdowns are brutal compared to Stage 2 and that just doesn't work
Something must be done to balance the difficulty
And if you are going to patch the steal glitch at least let us be able to steal in Showdown.
You can't steal against the CPU
Showdown is a broken mess right now.
1.Fix the draft process.If I already have a SP and a Closer I don't want to see a single SP and Closer for the rest of the draft.Give me positions of need not the ones I already have.I should not have to have a common catcher all the way to the final showdown.
2.Don't make Showdown easier make it fair.We all know Showdown cheats.From perfect pitcher control,CPU platinum gloves and our perfect perfect hits being nerfed while CPU power is put on 100.Stop the cheating and make it fair.Put it on All Star if you have to but make it fair.
3.Make moments better.Hit a HR with your squad is not a good moment.It's RNG based.Because of Showdown cheating you might hit 5 perfect perfect fly balls and not one of them will go for a HR.
4.Suggestion:Give us Showdown with our own squad.Same principle as regular showdowns you draft your own silver players,then gold,then diamond and make it count towards team affinity innings.

I got Mantle and all the other collections,I have 200k in the bank,most of the Team Affinities to 100% and I just finished Omar's program and I think that's it for me.
I honestly have no motivation to play the game anymore and that's ok.
I put over 400 hours into this game.I am at prestige level 15 and I have nothing more to play for in my book
I don't really play online,some events and that's it so no real need to improve my team more.
I had a blast and I hope you guys keep grinding and I wish you all the best pack luck in the world.

I am not.I played Showdown all the time for the past week and have seen the subtle things others might miss.
It's clearly cheating.I haven't even mentioned gold glove plays CPU makes all the time.
