Anyone else dropping frames I’ve had a 4k monitor with 120fps and last few days I’ve been getting dropped frames any tips on how I can fix this

I’m going threw the same stuff can’t even pitch on pinpoint everything is a hanger and feel very delayed with bat

I’ve got disconnected 3 times in ranked I play 3-6 inning fine no lags but randomly get disconnected from servers than I’m able to get right back in I don’t believe it’s a server issue I think my ping spikes and just get booted any help on to fixing this issue?
