When will the ratings of team be updated if at all? When I play online classic with actual MLB teams. Some of the ratings are way off, for example the Tigers are ranked 19th but they are of the best teams this season

I play classic online rated, so with regular MLB teams and I noticed some of the teams rankings. For example the Tigers are ranked 19th or something but they are one of the best teams in baseball. Does it not update throughout the season?

Exactly what the title says. Before I play online rated it asks what difficulty I want to play for hitting/pitching. I don’t understand how it matters if I’m playing a human online. Would it not depend on how good this person is?
