Do we get a Jeff Kent card, or is he not in the game?

Im convinced that 75 percent of the player base doesnt know that Headliners cards exist. Tony Oliva today! 75 percent of the player base also doesnt know he exists.

It wouldn't surprise me if they tried to fix stealing and broke it worse.

@Sarge1387_PSN yeah, watch out for those rising rookies - are we fully sure the collection card will still be enough, since they released more cards after???

Negro leagues guys? Seems like you'll need all of them. Cheaper milestone guys like Biggio or Finley or Carter? I think the ships already sailed on egg mookie, its pretty high.

Or consider selling a few cards right before the collection comes out - often the market guesses too high on what a card will be worth. Or even worse, a card's value may tank if lots of people think you'll need the card, and you dont technically need it.

If you're a 780 player and you play with any frequency, you should not be having much trouble getting almost all of the rewards with no money spent. I'm more sympathetic to the complaint if you really struggle online.

@xRatedGProdigyx_PSN well, you get it a ton if you play the event RIGHT after multiplayer program drops - cause people are racing to get rewards and sell them. Not so much if you wait a couple days, then play

Pitcher confidence is so big in this game - in a 3-inning game, theres no reason to leave a pitcher with low confidence in, ever

@nymets1987_PSN they'll throw strikes real quick if you learn to take the balls...or else they'll give up a kabillion runs, which is excellent for grinding

Here's a secret. When a new multiplayer path comes out, you should be playing Events nonstop for the next 12 hours - even if you're just an average player, you'll nuke the whole multiplayer path...and make an epic ton of stubs if you sell rewards.

About every third game, you'll run into a player who wants to pad stats - which will make it even quicker if you want to do that boosting. You'll encounter a whole lot of Touch Grass uniforms - which are worn by this lot of folks.

Not enough people play Events- offline people stay offline, good players go right to Ranked and BR. But the Event is the reason for the season.

This happens all the time - prices will stay way up for a card, even if it is clearly gonna tank soon. I dont know why the market doesnt anticipate

The pxp requirement is meant to take everyone way longer - even if youre really good (but especially if you struggle online).

I think it was done this inning to limit supply to the rewards. (and to frustrate the bots farming innings)

The Joe Mauer total bases have been equally frustrating.

I like captains, but you need another mode where you have a reason to play different lineups.

Lineup diversity is great, but its boring to me when it doesnt matter who you play - like theres 60 different players and theyre all....about the same. (SDS wont like it for a different reason - Noone will try to get the premium cards if theyre not clearly way better)

SO you need a mode that really requires you to use different guys....

Im not sure why the words sweat and loser are often being used to describe players who are just pretty good at video games.

I dont really recommend taking 2 strikes - just try not to swing at stuff on the corners unless theres two strikes.

@tear4eddy_PSN thats a very reasonable question to ask.

We got people here complaining about being "dotted up" by a 79mph fastball on veteran difficulty. Like, man, mosey your pci over to the ball and swing. And the ball just randomly goes places - a lot of times the ball is gonna end up on one of the lines that mark the strike zone...thats just probability, its not Ramone Russell "dotting you up."

Somebody's in here talking about "having to power swing." Don't power swing, man, nobody power swings. Just hit that X button like we all do, lol

If you cant do these showdowns, I dont know how you'd even use any cards in the game. Do you just look at them?

And Belli isnt that hard to get. I dont know what people want them to do with bigger rewards - just make it so almost anyone gets them with a minimal effort?

Again, I dont love standalone packs that are just in shop - cause they get very scarce, and prices inflate.
