I also have a line up where Shohei can pitch and play RF at the same time.

Pitchers are batting in right handed DH lineups. You can't Substitute an outfielder in the place of a pitcher. DH does not work against right handed pitchers but does vs left handed pitchers.

I also saw a left fielder dive for the ball and miss it and not go running after the ball the catcher came all the way out to the outfield to pick up the ball and throw the ball home by that time the batter hit already crossed on plate firm in the park home run
