I haven’t received it yet and idk what to try to get it. If someone could help me I would be grateful

I haven't received my scouting report bat skin yet anyone else? I did sign up on the 12th n I confirmed it by trying to sign up again and I got a yellow pop up saying I already signed up. I checked my packs nope I checked to see if I already opened that pack nope so I thought maybe sds didn't distribute it yet so I looked in my inventory then bats n see that the bat skin had been discovered by someone on the 13th so sds did distribute them Where is mine?

Yeah I haven’t received mine either yet.
