I figured it out but doesn’t work all the time. Go to settings, gameplay, display. Fielding aids has to be on. CPU Pitch suggestions turn that on also Hopefully they will still make it a little easier to use though.

Mine Is very hard to see also. I'm on the Xbox Series X. Haven't tried it on the PS5. I hope it's a bug. I'm going to report it as one.
