I’m an above average player I’d say, and hall of fame is just freaking ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve been in a game where one of the teams hasn’t struck out 15 or more times despite myself and my opponent contact swinging. I understand this isn’t a problem for top tier players but it just isn’t fun at all. It’d be easier to score by putting in 8 guys that have 90+ speed and just repeatedly bunt
I couldn't disagree more. Yes the game has issues but All-Star is absolutely a nightmare. If you are striking out 15 times then you really need to practice because that is not my experience whatsoever and I am not top-tier. Gameplay is way better on Hall of Fame than it does on All Star and like I said in the past Legend is another breed
Idk bro, what are we considering a top tier player? I do agree that if you’re striking out 15 times a game that practice is Probly in order. But there lies the problem. Back in ‘17, guys could make WS without “practicing”. I did it 5 times and never took one minute of BP. They’ve changed the game so much that I seriously doubt the average Joe can make WS without some sort of practice. Whether it be BP or just logging a lot of hours in RS. This catering to upper level players is gonna result in SDS losing the casual fan player base. I made it as high as 843 and that’s as good as it’s gonna get for me lol. I enjoy grinding programs and the occasional online game. I refuse to put in more time than I already do. I work 12 hours a day at the chemical plant.
There isn't enough practice to prepare you for warping 110 mph pitches with zero time to read and react. Trust me I've tried. I take a ton of bp against the cpu on legend and can turn on 100 but get 93 blown by me in HOF.
I hear ya bro!
