I've started multiple RTTS with various overall ratings, the highest being 84, and I've been drafted in the 3rd round in each one. Can we get drafted in 1st or 2nd round if we get our rating high enough, or is the 3rd round the highest we can go?

I guess so. I started the game, and all the online features seemed to work, except for the ability to purchase stubbs. Just wondering if anyone has any info about this.
It has been awhile since I played this game, but I noticed the game no longer allows stubs to be purchased, but other games still allow it. Is this temporary, or is it permanent?
