They now have the World League, Black Leagues (love the cotton uniform look), but do you think some college baseball would ever be added, or do they have any plans?

Did you double check settings to make sure was active? Does xbox have speaker on controller?Can you access volume of controller same way? Just curious?

Yeah there's no settings on Xbox being they left out the feature. On PS there's settings , and on my PS4 i use a third party generic controller with no speaker and the voice plays thru the tv speakers rather than the controller itself.

So, idk why they left that out of Xbox, being it seems a very small thing they could have added.

I wish there was a prompt to turn that off, but the truth of it is, it's been happening to me since MLB The Show 13, and i used to complain about it, but gave up after all these years lol.

19. On 20 they changed the fielding, sliding and everything. I can't even play Pure Analog for fielding anymore given you can't look around etc. And the 'showtime" mechanic is awful.

Cronus wouldn't be hard for them to detect. I mean i never tried the scripts on a baseball game. But on shooters, i think it would be blatantly obvious, where you record him, and he caught and banned. The weapons sound weird, and they don't move right.

I'd never recommend using their scripts on a mp game. I only use it, for really what it's meant for..different controller options for my systems.

I find the Xbox and PS to be too sensitive and wiggly for my big hands, and i could see how they're having these :"drift" issues, being with my hands, i'd have "drift" in a matter of hours using the base controllers lol.

Guys cmon lol. Every year there's an issue with the servers. It happens, and it gets sorted. And if every year there's an issue, could you imagine with all these folks on Xbox (like i defected)?

I had a thread earlier today, this is in Top 5 "most played games" according to the store. Right behind Warzone. On Game Pass, do you know how many people could be playing in raw numbers? Hint, more than we ever seen. Historically so. Lets give them a chance.

I don't think too many people will use it, once they get their hands on the PS5. The cronus doesn't work with ps5 controllers, but it does work with scuf for ps4 players. I don't know about xbox controllers though.

No, I got one for COD, because I was tired of all the PC hackers. It would disconnect my PS5 controller every 5 mins. It works fine on my scuf controller while I play warzone.

You have to use what they call a usb bridge for PS, or that's what's going to happen. I think the new ones out now though don't even need the bridge.

I think the consoles tolerate them, in particular being they're trying for keyboard compatibility and may need an emulator just like Cronus. And so, it's tough to ban.

I use Cronus, but in only so i could use my PS3 controller on my Xbox, and never played online. I think way too much is made of Cronus. It's actually more of a benefit than a hinderance. They use that to cheat, it's almost obvious, and you record a vid on your machine and report them.

It seems MLB The Show 21, is now near within the Top 5 "Most Played Games" accordingst to the Xbox Store....just behind COD and NBA 2k 21

I think by next week, it may indeed be in the Top 5. We'll see. Pretty incredible for a Baseball game imo.

I thank SDS, Sony, and MLB and Microsoft for getting the game on Xbox, and hope to see them continue their undoubted success in the future..

The more i'm hearing, the more it's not even worth the effort anyway. I can't get my continued RTTS apparently, and i even need PS Plus to upload the data to Cloud. What was the whole rationale for this anyway? Seems a big waste of time, and even more, causing big issues.

What about like saved rosters ? Does that carry over?

Yes RTTS. Oh wow, i thought they said you can.What exactly can be carried over, and the rationale for connecting the accounts?

I'm getting an 'error" message in trying to link the data in my account from PS4 to Xbox. But i don't have PS Plus for my PS4, and so maybe it's possible i can't get the data?

I remember on 19 there was a prompt, in so on 20 i can continue my career. But there doesn't seem to be a prompt on MLB The Show 20 for 21. Any answers appreciated.

No idea what you are talking about. Outside of the servers being overwhelmed, everything has been great. An improvement from 20 for sure. Challenges and perks have worked just fine for me, stats are working fine. If you are hung on mechanics and it not being fun because of that, you're probably not going to enjoy playing much longer.

Personally, i think 20 was a downgrade from 19, and this a downgrade from 20. Thus far, but idk. I'm just happy to have it on Xbox. I'll deal with the shortcomings, but something tells me i'm going to be pumping up my PS4 again for 19 lol.

What did they do with the sliding? A lot has changed since 19. The cameras all screwed up when i slide and goes all over confusing the whole situation. Just slide for crying out loud lol.

And playing CF i can't look around with the Analog settings pre pitch. And i used to like after a hit hearing the chatter from the first base coach. That's now gone, at least on the Xbox port.

The thing with the Show, is they always seem to change things that don't need changing.

Yep, i have One and PS4, and i get an error code trying to link it.
