You've never run a business. It shows! You got the best answer possible and ignored it. MLB is going to tell any company using its license how that game will function. That is rock hard reality and it isn't going to change. That's why no fights, no manager-umpire arguments, and the ejections are only for a pitcher hitting a batter repeatedly.
