I’ve turned this into a yearly day off from work since 2023, so I’m excited.

I’m playing March to October so I can get that last achievement/trophy I need.

I’m like a 96.3% offline grinder. I put in some hours and normally finish around the All-Star break, but it feels a lot like work.

Anyone ever experience an issue with the character models looking albino white or like dark skinned aliens? That happened to me last night.

Steller Blade on PC, Mario Kart World and DK Bananza.

I really struggle online. I was in in Silver 1 division (500-599). Short story I went 2-4. I bounced back and forth between PS and Xbox. I won the first two games proceeded to lose the next 4. Two of them by the 10 run mercy rule. Sometimes you are the hammer other times the nail.

I thought I seen this posted somewhere but I couldn’t find it. I just finished up the New Threads DQ. The rewards for beating the sweeper were a 5 pack, a perk, 10,000 stubs and 10,000 xp. Upon winning and completing the map, I never received the stubs or the xp. Are the stubs and xp not a guarantee?

@GooseOnEm_PSN maybe it was a premonition of what’s to come.

@MUSTARDxTIGER__PSN the way I understand tempo. It is the animation between the pitcher and the batter. The earlier the batter starts his leg kick that faster the pitch is going to be and vice versa. A lot of the top players have videos that break it down.

Go submit that ticket, it never hurts to ask.

I am 0-2 in the cellar division(0-399). I feel like I could have won both games. When you give up back to back inside the park home runs, play defense like a t-ball player, and just struggle with pitch location I deserved to lose both those games.

My gut tells me I’m going to go 0-6. I’m on a losing streak that is double digits. I’d love to blame the game or the equipment I’m using but in my scenario it’s just the player.

I got to the wheel. I’m like 2-7 in ranked play. Got the majority of the LS done but missing most of the big names. Dabbled in some events lost a lot of those as well. Play a lot offline on All-Star level. Working on getting better at Pin Point Pitching. I’ll check out the weekend classic in the 200 section.

Disclaimer: I am in no way associated with SDS. Outside of the audio issues, I am finding the game enjoyable. I view yearly sports games as a roster update with new cards to collect. Maybe it’s this approach that keeps me in check.

Until today I’ve mainly been an offline player. The grind offline was leading to burnout and extreme boredom. I decided to play some ranked. I won some, got smashed some (mercy ruled ) but in the end I had a blast. I recommend offline players give it shot.
