    @virusts_PSN positive because I’ve kept counts on my phone before I start it I get on companion app see how many stubs I have and packs then I start the spin once the spin is done I back out of diamond dynasty load back in same stub count and no packs

    I understand that MLB The Show 26 is going to have bugs and issues — no game is perfect. My main issue is with how long it takes to hear back from support.

    I submitted a ticket on April 10th and never got a response. I made another one on May 2nd and still haven’t heard anything back yet. It’s honestly frustrating when you’re trying to get help.

    it often it feels like a lot of the community is being ignored when it comes to support and communication. I’m not even asking for an instant fix, just some kind of response or update would go a long way. Is anyone else dealing with super long wait times from support?

    idk if it really is a visual glitch I really wish the support team could respond to one of my emails ive sent I have proof that Ive gotten nothing from the packs but its been over a month since Ive sent the first one and a week since ive sent the last one

    @simo0208_PSN same thing has happened to me. I've emailed them about it at the end of the 1st inning XP path April 10 and May 2nd haven't gotten a response. People say its a visual glitch but ive only got 3 out of the 15-16 packs I shouldve gotten and the fact that it takes support this long and I still havent gotten a response is a little insane.
