I have nearly 200 games played in Ranked Seasons, and I genuinely don't think I've been in a single "Freeze Off" unless the scenario is the same as the one I described in my post.

Is there anyone I can contact regarding an opponent blatantly intentionally freezing our game in ranked? I get that freezes happen and, although annoying, I can live with that. What I can’t handle is sitting and watching my opponent decline my friendly quit offer that I send before the first pitch of the game along with a message, knowing they’re about to intentionally freeze the game and be very obvious about it, because they know there’s 0 repercussions. Every single time that an opponent is the home team and starts their CAP pitcher with next to 0 stamina and have them batting 2nd, you know they’re going to freeze it as soon as their CAP is up to bat. I'm not sure if it is related to playing at Fenway, but each of the 4 times this has happened it has been at Fenway, a stadium which I almost never see people use above 700 rating in Ranked Seasons.

fix pinpoint on xbox controllers, its been 2 years, I shouldn't have to buy a new controller specifically for one game just to have something be usable
