I cannot log in to the companion app, it keeps telling me I have the wrong id or password????

I have all 12 Classic Stadiums. I went in to Collections under Stadiums/Classic and checked all of the stadiums. I highlight over the selection which says all 12 stadiums and the reward should be Polo Grounds and 1000 stubs. I click the x button and nothing happens? Thanks in advance for any help.
