Played 5 games so far, 4 yesterday and 1 today. My game today was a walkoff win and it didnt count, still says i'm 2-2 and have 2 games left

Do we know if theres a way to open a ticket for the rewards?

I collected enough of the season 3 cards to unlock the 99 OVR Mariano Rivera card. I collected it right after and now I can't find him anywhere to use in my squad. Is anyone else having this issue?
