i would definitely recommend playing all of the Topps now moments and either selling who you get or finishing the Tatis and Ramirez programs. both are free to do. Also, I would say to finish all of the player of the month programs and that'll get you 99 paxton, 99 carrasco, 99 castellanos, 99 tatis, 99 ramirez, 97 bellinger, 93 gregorius and 95 correa. that will fill your infield and 1 outfield spot with 2 great starters and will also give you lots of other guys along the way.

obviously by my pic to the left i may be a little biased, but i used him about for about a month until he was booted from my rotation by scherzer and he was fabulous. his pitch mix is great and has enough velo to get lots of late pop ups
