Yes, I tried. Did not fix it for me. This is the response I got from MLB the Show:
Your issue could be due to a firewall configuration close by. Either a restriction in your home firewall/NAT or one imposed by your ISP. Users need to be able to connect to our servers via the following ports:
10000 (TCP) < more than likely this is being blocked somewhere
10050 (TCP)
10051 (TCP)
11000 (UDP)
Did you open them from your own firewall or did you call your ISP and they did it for you?
