SDS is smart for rolling out legends a few at a time. If every legend is introduced all at once next year, then who gives a wiener about MLB 21? A huge part of my excitement for 2020 is seeing the new big names added to the game. They’re doing this right imo.

Im just saying, if SDS goes to a former player or former players family with an offer and its denied because they want more money itd be just stupid greedy, whatever the offer, I doubt its unreasonably small. They shouldnt have to pay to put a former player in the game, as far as keeping players out the game to put in future years games to give people a reason to buy next years game goes, if they cant improve gameplay, add new features, and improve graphics enough to the point they gotta rely on that then they have a BIG problem

SDS has to negotiate with each retired player or corporation/family that owns the naming rights separately.

So basicly they wanted more money then what SDS offered them? Like they havnt already made enough money in there lifetime for them and there familys to be set for life lol unfortunate!

Randy Johnson? Pedro Martinez? Are they not in this game or am I missing something??
