I’m somewhat having the same issue. I have 25 twitch packs in my twitch inventory and none have came into my game inventory. I’ve sent no less than 6 tickets and every time I get told “make sure you’ve claimed packs and give 14-21 days for packs to show. If haven’t received in that time please submit a ticket”…on twitch it shows the game is connected but on my show account when I try to link it says “account is already linked to another account” even after I disconnect my twitch. I’m 99% sure I only have 1 account. Would be nice for a dev to reach out and help with this issue. I know most twitch packs aren’t great packs but there is always a chance that you pull something you need or is nice.
