We've had network issues in the past; but, with the major user base expansion, I expected less trouble than this.

If you're going to pitch us on modes that require network access, give us a stable network please.

The problem in my view is how Bryant goes into the "I suck at fielding, so I'll just give up on the play" animation... Ugh...

I'm a Reds' fan, so not a huge Bryant fan; however, I'd still say that Bryant does not give up on plays like this...

SDS should give the benefit of the doubt to a person who takes the time to explain the issue. Seriously, call it "delighting the customer" and grant the game-value-only points...

I'm puzzled when comparing similar real-world customer service where items with actual monetary value are sent to delight the customer...
