So when I see people lament that there is a lack of content I assume that they mean a lack of content that they personally want to do.

Again, no. Im simply saying there is less to start with than last year and they’ve made it significantly harder to be no money spent. You might also see the improvements I acknowledged.

We haven’t actually reached that point yet, so save your complaints until then. There was no early release last year.

Can I complain now? I finished all the DD programs in less than a week with a full time job and 2 kids. There’s simply not enough content. On the plus side, I’m going to finish the live series collection faster than ever because I’m spending my time flipping with nothing to grind.

I'd like to know how because I still have to believe that you put more hours into it than the average player does.

I'd also like to say that rewards does not equal content.

The fact that people actually buy stubs...confuses me. Just grind and flip cards, stubs will build quick.

Good thing I can get Longo on the market because even with the patch, I'm STILL getting this for Mini-Seasons. Oh well, maybe it'll be fixed the week before 23.

I use March To October games to grind my XP. I already got a Diamond lineup, so why rush the DD stuff?

I'd reboot the console, jump back in and keep going. Win the playoffs and get the Longo card.

The fact that you have the 5 win reward is only a good thing.

My record was like 6-6 because of it when it should've been 9-3. Started a fresh one, will let you know what happens with the result.

Oh and also as an update, stats accumulated in Mini-Seasons ain't carrying over yet card experience is. Buxton has 2 hits including that homer (5th V AI), I check his card, he's still at 4. Dylan Bundy got the Orange boost, but it's like he never pitched. Going back to Conquest, will update if stats stick there after Angels game.

I can't speak to Xbox Cache issues, but I've heard that has solved some issues with others.

The fact that your conquest is wonky, tells me it's something local to your machine or configuration and/or linking of a show account.

Just did a cache reset, reloaded the game and Conquest is fixed, as is my stats.

Last year, there were some issues with Xbox cache and how it synced with the SDS servers. Obviously, Xbox runs more like a computer than a PS does. It's why PS is only recently getting into PS Play being available as a Windows capable feature.

Really glad that the simple cache dump worked. SDS should though, consider how data is synced to avoid these problems, as I'm sure it's not restricted to one game mode for Xbox users

Won the Mini-Seasons game over the Lords and it was registered as a win as it should be. We're good. Now to hopefully get to the playoffs and get Longo.

Won a mini-seasons game 3 to 1, yet when I got back to the menu, it credited me with a loss. What?

Every year there is drama with the developers and the crew that oversees and monitors this product. Again we are faced with a generic game that has been regurgitated and spit back out for us to be mildly content with because there is no competition for SDS. For years I have been vocal about how this game and how the mechanics and the hitting engine plays like garbage. SDS caters to the mainstream content creators who help them sell their game to the vulnerable as being the best thing since Madden 05. This game since the PS4 conversion has played only mediocre, to just above okay, or average.

Now we find out another fun fact.

People have complained for many years about the distance between peer-to-peer (ping) and the SDS servers causing timing issues.. Not all true... People shouldn't have to go to batting practice and turn up sliders and play on legend speeds just to pick up a pitch timing. (Yes, batting practice does help,) but it shouldn't have to dictate a lack of frames issue. SDS has for years been selling us a game that has been BROKEN. They have not been able to produce a game that is "CODED CORRECTLY." to the system and video resolution. They smokescreen us with reissued content and since this year, an easier way for the common players of this game to obtain their favorite players to put in their Diamond Dynasty collections. Well that ship has sailed. break out your Mommy and Daddy's pocket book. You got to get that collection!

"FACT!" The frames per second issue has always been a problem with this game. People who are on these forums who play this game; they will tell you how good they are or how they know baseball and it should be like that or like this. When really the majority including myself have absolutely no athletic ability to actually play the game of baseball and I am sure the one's who are reading this post are athletically incompetent because you waste your life like myself playing a virtual baseball game. This game is not real baseball; Come on now; baseball has weather, wind..... I was upset when the content creators and community complained about the wind being an issue years ago. Wind is a part of the game! Yes worry about wind but not frames.... Birds are so important to the game, put them in, but forget about frames or response timing. You all use a batters box with hot zones as a crutch to place pitchers. In my opinion; Garbage!

Well that being said I hope EA or 2K can get back into the game of baseball. SDS does not deserve the MLB contract to produce a video game for the game of baseball. In my opinion SDS has ruined the virtual game of baseball, just like how I feel Rob Manfred ruined the real game of baseball with all the new stupid changes made to the real game.

There is nothing that is going to put out this dumpster fire. It is another (bleep) show!
