It random not really a game of skill. That’s probably why the gameplay gets a lot of slack.

Enjoy DD while you can. I bet it doesn’t last past 2021. With their packs the way they are they don’t make enough money survive the unethical business practices lawsuits theyll be hit with. Maybe they’ll keep road to the show and franchise. Maybe.

I'm 50. I've posted for over 20 years on other forums under this same (or similar) handle. Anyone familiar with me knows I'm a lawyer because I post a lot about legal issues and answer questions for people who need help.

I'm sorry you are so thin-skinned that you cannot accept it when someone who knows the legal system tells you your statement about "lawsuits" against SDS are impossible.

Of course, you can always sue a company, but not for any of the complaints you raise. I suppose if you've been coddled all your life. You don't like getting presented with contrary opinions. You need to be let down nicely and be given a participation ribbon.

You don't know the law or how the legal system works. Your opinion carries little weight in such matters. I'm telling you that if you think SDS faces a threat of lawsuits as you describe, I'm telling you that you are smoking crack.

SDS: what is the issue? There have been many sold and I know of at least 5 people who have been skipped in line.

Please get this fixed asap. If you took 2 seconds to think about it, you'd just fill all the 1mm buy orders anyway. This is a major issue across the whole player base - chipper isn't even a top 5 3rd baseman, so nobody will complain about a competitive balance disruption. People just want the card because they are fans.

Anyone who has 1mm. and is willing to pay should get the card immediately. Why would you go out of your way to [censored] off the player base?

It's almost November. Are you bragging about being "only" 5 teams away from Mantle at this point? 99's last year were also given away like candy. That isn't exactly an accomplishment. If anything, those two statements make you look worse.

Sometimes, but not often (depends on the market) it is worth it to exchange silver to gold.

I don't play it. I quit playing it a couple weeks ago. I feel a responsibility to show solidarity with the others on this forum that like to remind everyone this is an RNG. All the promoting and marketing and talking up the next great challenge, and debating who the best catcher is.....it's all BS.

Just need to keep the coalition of skeptics strong. Otherwise the naïve and young will be brains washed with no opportunity to get the real scoop. It's important.

Although a timestamp being passed over while later timestamps(mine included) have been filled is the problem.

SDS should fill the orders for those who have been passed over.

Stating Chipper isn't top 5 is an opinion, so that wasn't needed in the statement and if they were just going to fill 1 million stub orders, then why even make it a BR reward? It's not a competitive balance issue, it's a rarity issue. Those who have paid a million stubs could, would and should balk at the thought of SDS just selling him for a million to anyone who has the stubs and wants him.

Obviously, something got screwed up. I still have my order standing and it was supposed to be filled 12 days ago.

I dont really care how they fix it, I just want it fixed.

Also, since BR has been introduced, buying the rewards off the market has always been an option. So, I'm not sure how you can say I'm not allowed to get the reward. I am at the front of the line.
