A lottery system would make zero sense and completely undermine the marketplace. I know you're not advocating for that allday9128, it would just be nuts. And it does seem like the majority of people are getting their orders filled in order, but there are a significant amount of people who are getting skipped for some reason.
This is what pisses me off. Iām happy for you that you got your Chipper, but SDS is handling this VERY poorly from a business standpoint. @victor_sds can someone please explain how this is happening?

I do not follow the "You don't even play online" remark. Offline players are the ones that MUST buy BR rewards to get them. Since you play online then just go play BR and go 12-0. It is an online mode. No queue!

How does having 1 million stubs entitle you to a card that is designed to be earned by going 12-0 in BR? No one likes that 99 Chipper is almost impossible to obtain AGAIN this year. Having 1 million stubs to spend on one card doesn't mean you want him more, it only means you have more stubs than you know what to do with.
