Filed my first ticket in regards to this April 26th but Oswalt was removed from my collections along with Harper, realmuto and Nola. Can’t advance collections for NL East, NL and now entire MLB. Now I have everything done besides that so it’s the only thing holding me back from chipper. Filed SEVEN tickets and still haven’t heard from them. Screenshots attached and everything. HELP ME

I completed the Phillies and Mets collection and received Franco and oswalt. When I went to lock them in for Glavine they were both gone. As I went back to check and see the Mets and Phil’s to see if they just didn’t lock in I realized it says collection completed and when I took Harper, Degrom, lindor, realmuto and Nola out of my lineup they were removed from my collection as well and it says collection completed still. Did not get stubs for any of the above and I have the NL done but can’t lock in Glavine to get Soriano since I don’t have Franco or oswalt. Anyone experience something similar?
