I have to come on here once a year and put it out there: I hope whichever developer thought of “Moments” gets diarrhea in traffic.
Moments are by far the most frustrating part of this game.
Moment #1- Get a hit. First pitch and it’s a homer.
Moment #4- Hit a homerun. Spend 40 minutes hitting singles and perfect line outs.
I love when you can complete a program with the OPTION of doing the moments. Whenever a card or program REQUIRES moments, I cringe. I know I’m going to spend a stupid amount of time trying to complete it.

And not only that they double and tripled down with showdown and diamond quest it’s all a cancer
I just went 2-22 on good swings an 1-6 on perfect perfect swings. How long until y’all actually listen to the community and fix the game. I know I’m not the only one w this problem. Littleman17, YourfriendKyle, and many other creators time after time have similar things happen. It’s insane.

For you struggling with the base running, change your player lock base running settings to buttons and as soon as you hit it press R2.
If you use analog he’ll not go past second base even if you hold the stixk up.
Even with that I’m out every time they couldn’t give him 99 speed for this moment makes no sense like is about the storyline or showing off there broken game mechanics
The CPU is flat out obnoxious to play the vast majority of the time. Between the eagle eyed hitters not swinging at pitches right on or just off the corners, fielders making diving plays and covering way too much ground, and pitchers dotting up the zone like Greg Maddux it can be an extremely annoying grind.
All of this happens even with common players on low difficulty levels which is ridiculous. If they were diamond players on high difficulty I could understand it but that is far from the case. I know it’s by design to make the game “challenging” but it’s super redundant and slows the grind to a snails pace.
Yeah they do this on purpose so don’t expect to to change if anything it’s worse this year
Sorry if this has been answered already but do you just have to beat the two stadiums to get the two eggs or actually get the cards associated? If it is up to RNG that’s a joke I haven’t touched DQ this year and I’d rather not waste my time

I've tried both things and there is still an egregious amount of perfect perfect outs this year. Now I agree fielding matters and contact hitters should get more soft singles, but to have this and then hit a perfect with 88 harper with a power mod and 90+ power that is an out can not happen. I will die on the hill of a perfect swing should never end with an out. You should not punish players for doing everything right
Couldn’t agree more and I turned off blur night 1 so that isn’t the issue, the issue was it wasn’t at Coors
Since when was a perfect perfect fly ball not a home run with a 80 plus power rating, I get that hitting isn’t he main issue right now but man this game is just not fun even when it is working
Update: A workaround was discovered. While it’s not fixed, you can get past it by leaving the app open at the server exceptions screen, navigating to your PlayStation setting and turning your internet off and then back on.
This game runs about as well as my 74 Mustang did back in the 90s.

Considering they did “server maintenance” at 4am this morning to try to improve things, my guess is that they just made it worse like last time they did it a few days ago.
Yeah I’m not in the refund crowd normally but this is getting ridiculous it’s 2026 how is this still a thing, no way they can’t afford to get better servers

But it's just the principle of the whole thing. I did what I was supposed to do in a timely manner and did not get rewarded for it. In fact I got punished for it because I was going for Nate Pearson 1/1 and if I hadn't spent the 15 minutes on trying and failing with the codes I would have gotten him. I missed out by about 10 minutes.

100% couldn’t agree more requiring any specific mode is bad I also don’t know what happened to conquest being in programs for progress it shouldn’t be required but it absolutely should be an option

Yeah thankfully it’s not needed because it feels painfully slow compared to the hitter pxp
Is it just me or does pitcher pxp feel low all of a sudden I’m paying attention to it dude to the color storm program and it just feels like that particular mission is taking longer than it should. I know it’s not needed to complete them just seems off
