Yeah I see the difference when I play exhibition, anybody can be put as DH (including SP) but for BR only bench players can be put as DH prior to the game, and in the middle of a game you can only put a bench player or relief pitcher as DH

He’s not an option in the lineup screen in the main BR menu nor is he an option right before the game starts

How do you do it? Is it as easy as changing his position in the lineup? Because I’m not seeing a way to do that

That’s so dumb. I definitely can’t use him as a hitter with the WBC SP version

I’m using the SP version. Now that I think of it, I actually think you can use him as DH with the CP version because you can pinch hit with a reliever but not a starter

Got it it got it. So the WBC version is based on him closing, makes sense. Have you been able to use him as a 2-way with his SP versions? Jw if it’s really possible

Doesn't matter about core or set 1. But, I think the CP version is not good for 2-way.

I drafted shohei with my first pick in battle royale in hopes that I could use him as a 2-way player, but I can’t figured out how. Does anybody know if you can put him as DH?
